Pearl joined ViiV Healthcare as SVP & Head of ViiV North America on February 17, 2025. Pearl joins VHC from Johnson & Johnson, where she recently led the US Neuroscience business. Pearl brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience in US and global markets, having held multiple senior P&L and strategy roles focused on specialty medicines in various therapeutic areas.
Pearl's career began at GSK, where she excelled in a range of leadership positions across Sales, Market Research and Forecasting, Market Access, Marketing, and Business Development. During her tenure at GSK, she made significant contributions to our business, working across General Medicines, Vaccines, Oncology, and Rare Diseases, showcasing her versatility and impactful leadership.
As a strategic, energetic, and results-driven business leader, Pearl brings a global perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the drug discovery-development-commercialization process, having worked in Operating Companies, Global Strategy, and R&D. Pearl also possesses an in-depth knowledge of the US healthcare environment.
Pearl is passionate about leading and developing high-performance teams and committed to nurturing talent and enhancing organizational capabilities. Pearl believes in fostering a strong and thriving culture that prioritizes a patient-first approach.
