ViiV Healthcare was established to take a fresh approach to the challenge of HIV. We set ourselves one mission - to leave no person living with HIV behind.

Our culture:

  • Ambitious for patients to deliver what matters better and faster
  • Accountable for impact with clear ownership to support and succeed
  • Do the right thing with integrity and care because people count on us

Explore our stories to see how we bring these values and expectations to life through partnership and innovation.

Living our mission of leaving no person living with HIV behind means keeping inclusion and diversity at the heart of everything we do - from our breakthrough innovation, to our diverse portfolio of medicines as well as the work we do to partner with HIV communities.

Having a diverse team and a truly inclusive culture where we’re all able to be ourselves and feel like we belong will make us an even stronger team, better able to perform as a business and deliver on our mission to leave no person living with HIV behind.

We’ve made good progress – reviewing our recruitment and selection processes, delivering new inclusion training, and launching a development programme for ethnically diverse employees and we want to achieve even more. That is why we are proud to be an important part of the aspirational targets announced by our majority shareholder, GSK, to ensure we have the focus we need to do even better.

Inclusion & Diversity Commitments
1. As a member of the Valuable 500, deliver against its objectives
