Crystal Baker
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Crystal is our General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and leads Legal and Compliance. She joined the ViiV Healthcare Leadership team in February 2025 and sits on the GSK Legal and Compliance Leadership Team.
Crystal most recently led ViiV Legal for North America, and prior to that held multiple roles of increasing seniority in both ViiV and GSK. She brings a breadth of experience serving as outside counsel across multiple global pharmaceutical companies in addition to her roles in GSK and ViiV.
Crystal is known for her commitment to developing inclusive and high performing teams. She is a zealous advocate for delivering ViiV’s mission.
Crystal holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University.
