OUR COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY
This starts with our mission to leave no person living with HIV behind. That means ensuring we are supporting people living with HIV around the world, no matter their race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender or nationality. We do this through our breakthrough innovation, our diverse portfolio of medicines and through the work we do to partner with HIV communities and amplify the voices of people living with HIV.
Inclusion and diversity is at the heart of our culture and how we operate as a company. We strive to bring together talented and diverse people whose unique experience, knowledge and personal perspectives make us stronger as a team and as a business.
We’ ve made good progress – reviewing our recruitment and selection processes, delivering new inclusion training and launching a development programme for ethnically diverse employees, and we want to achieve even more. That is why we are proud to be an important part of the new aspirational targets announced by our majority shareholder, GSK, to ensure we have the focus we need to do even better. This is a significant and visible step in demonstrating our continued commitment to Inclusion and Diversity.
