LAURENCE FITT
Head of HR
Laurence is our Head of HR, joining the ViiV Leadership team in March 2026. Laurence also sits on the GSK HR Leadership Team.
Laurence was most recently Head of GSK’s HR function, as well as Chief of Staff to GSK’s Chief People Officer. Prior to this he held senior roles driving enterprise culture and leading global transformation and change programmes. Laurence also has deep commercial experience, holding sales and marketing positions at GSK in the UK, Singapore, and Australia. He brings broad experience across HR strategy, shaping high performing teams, and creating environments which enable people to thrive and perform at their best. Bringing his strong leadership and broad experience to ViiV, Laurence continues to drive a strong people agenda, focusing on talent development, upskilling capabilities, and our culture.
Laurence holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter.
