Meet some of the unsung heroes at ViiV who work hard every day to make contributions to our mission. Whether it be developing new and innovative treatment options or partnering with patient organisations, our people are what makes our culture so special, and are the driving force behind our commitment to end the epidemic.
Advancing scientific innovation
Paul Benn is an Early Development Lead in our Research and Development team. He works alongside our scientists to help drive innovative ways to treat, prevent, and hopefully one day cure HIV.
Translating global health policy into action
Cecilia Kihara is a Senior Manager in the External Affairs team. Originally from Kenya, her work is crucial in helping to ensure that global health policy is translated to action in many countries that are disproportionately impacted by HIV.
Amplifying the voices of the HIV community
Shaun Mellors works in our Government Affairs and Global Public Health team. Shaun is an active member of the HIV community and as an activist himself, he knows how powerful the community are when it comes to making progress towards ending the epidemic.
Doing well by doing good
Amy Knight works in our commercial operations team, her work is crucial in ensuring that healthcare professionals are empowered to make the right decisions when it comes to treatment options for people living with HIV, and also for them to look beyond viral suppression.
