Positive Action is committed to working alongside communities most impacted by HIV and those that are often inadequately served and left behind.

Supporting people who use drugs to access quality HIV services was a standalone priority from 2020 to 2025. Case studies of effective interventions implemented during this period can be found below. From 2026 to 2030, our partners’ work supporting community health systems will continue to address gaps in service provision at community level for all inadequately served populations, including people who use and inject drugs.
