ViiV Healthcare’s (ViiV) willingness to fund any grant proposal is subject to its overriding obligation to comply with all laws, regulations, applicable codes, and industry standards pertaining to prescription medicines, as well as its own policies and procedures.

Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions represents:
  • You are authorized to submit this proposal on behalf of the grantee;
  • You are authorized to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of the grantee;
  • Neither you nor the grantee are subject to debarment or exclusion lists that would affect receipt of funding from ViiV;
  • Acknowledgement that submission of this proposal does not guarantee a grant award;
  • Acknowledgement that decisions by ViiV to fund or not to fund this proposal are final and at ViiV’s sole discretion;
  • Acknowledgement that neither you nor the grantee are engaged with any of ViiV’s promotional activities;
  • Acknowledgement that the grantee will act in accordance with all applicable laws and principles;
  • Acknowledgement that the grantee has the necessary permissions, registrations, expertise, time and resources to perform the activities proposed;
  • Acknowledgement that this proposal is for future activities only; and

Acknowledgement that should ViiV, in its sole discretion, decide to fund this proposal such funding will be subject to the grantee’s acceptance of additional terms and conditions.
