IAS 2021: Virtual Conference from 18-21 July

The biennial International AIDS Society (IAS) conference, was virtually hosted from a local partner hub in Berlin from the 18th to the 21st of July 2021. The 11th edition presented the critical advances in clinical and operational research, helping to drive forward HIV science into policy and practice around the world.

ViiV Healthcare joined some of the world’s leading experts and professionals in HIV research to present important new data that will drive forward our field and help improve the quality of life of people living with HIV.

Our team shared exciting updates and perspectives around the treatment and prevention of HIV, as well as ideas on how we can address the ever-changing needs of people living with HIV by providing more options on when and how people take their medicines. Dr Benjamin Young, Head of the Global Medical Directors at ViiV Healthcare, shared his views on the hot topics covered at this year’s congress.
