We’ve made good progress – reviewing our recruitment and selection processes, delivering new inclusion training, and launching a development programme for ethnically diverse employees and we want to achieve even more. That is why we are proud to be an important part of the aspirational targets announced by our majority shareholder, GSK, to ensure we have the focus we need to do even better.
