From surviving to thriving with HIV, what do people living with HIV want and need to achieve an optimal quality of life?
Panelists including Brent Allan, senior advisor for the International Council of AIDS Service Organisations and PP2 study advisor, Laurel Sprague from UNAIDS and Andrew Ullman from UNITE discussed the Positive Perspectives Wave 2 (PP2) study results highlighting the unmet needs of over 2,300 people living with HIV from 25 countries, as well as a policy manifesto that explores how PP2 findings can inform and shape HIV policies while measuring progress towards our 90:90:90 goals.

Exploring the role of ‘artivism’ in the HIV community, our Positive Action team hosted a live panel at this year’s AIDS 2020 Virtual titled, How Arts and Culture can Spark Change and Combat Stigma. An expert panel of individuals discuss the use of art and culture to start conversations, create connections, build resilience and help shift public consciousness on HIV in their communities.
